Quotation Development: Create detailed and accurate preventative maintenance (FOPM) quotes based on equipment specifications, site requirements, and industry standards.

Cost Analysis & Pricing: Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to determine pricing structures that are competitive and align with company profitability goals.

Customer Engagement & Support: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify maintenance needs, define service scopes, and ensure all proposals meet customer expectations.

Data Management & Documentation: Maintain organized records of all quotes, ensuring that information is up-to-date, easily accessible, and accurately reflects each customer's requirements.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the quotation process by suggesting improvements, leveraging technology, and implementing best practices for efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, Preventative Maintenance Coordination Team (PMCT) and internal teams to gather information and communicate updates, ensuring smooth handoffs from quote to service execution.

Vendor and Customer Liaison: Communicate with vendors to negotiate PM service terms and costs and serve as the point of contact for customers to address preventative maintenance (inspection & testing) needs and inquiries.

Issue Resolution and Support: Identify potential issues and proactively provide solutions to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Communicate status of quotes to Preventative Maintenance Coordination Team (PMCT) and National Accounts Service Management team (NASMT) for accurate and timely completion.
